Amelia Residential Apartments

Amelia Apartments consists
Eight four story apartment  buildings  The 212 unit buildings are located on 7+ acres in Hialeah, Florida.  Fine Line was tasked with designing the electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire safety systems for the new Apartments.  We completed design and the permitting process on time for a timely and efficient build.  We collaborated with Syscovich Architects on this Mediterranean style functional building.
