St. Brendan High School

Fine Line Engineers were tasked with designing the electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire prevention, and fire alarm systems for the new High School. We collaborated with Syscovich Architects on this stunning and functional building.

Design highlights included a chemical laboratory with complex plumbing and exhaust systems.  A TV lab was constructed where videos are produced and broadcast throughout the campus.   For the HVAC a series of rooftop units equipped with variable frequency drives and hot gas re-heat were installed.  The school also features a physics lab and a large administrative section with offices.
